Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you had a lovely time and that you found the resort friendly and clean. We apologize for the inconvenience, including the non-working dishwasher, broken conditioner bottle, and the entry code issue. We appreciate your note about the tea towels and will look into adding them for future guests. No worries about the past, and thank you for sending it back. We hope to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!
