OUR BOOKING POLICY

To avoid any misunderstanding, please take a moment to note our policies

The Copperstone Resort Hotel values your privacy. We want you to be confident while using this site to make your online reservations.

We are very much aware of your concerns about the privacy of your information. So we have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy and we will not provide your personal information to anyone else.

When you submit your personal information, such as name, address, email address and telephone number, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from you at our site.

Deposits & Cancellations

Standard Season

Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will receive a full refund. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.


Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival

Peak Season

Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will receive a full refund. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival

Holidays

Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will receive a full refund. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.


Deposit Policy
Feb 14, 2025 - Feb 22, 2025, Dec 20, 2024 - Jan 4, 2025
A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Full payment of any activities (ski lift tickets, golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation, change or no-show

 **Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.

PARKING:

Each reservation has one free parking space with pass provided at check in. Additional vehicles may pay for parking at $15 per day. Clearance for the parkade is 7 feet, Overflow parking is available. Please see front desk for instructions.

PARKING PASS:

You must display a valid parking pass in the windshield of your car. INDIGO PARKING PASS must be left in the room during departure to avoid a $150 fine to replace the parking pass.                  

PETS:

Non Pet Friendly Units: 2108, 2117, 2200 3203 and 5207- A minimum charge of $200 will be applied where evidence of a pet is found in a non pet room.

All pets must be on a leash in the Bow Valley. Guests are required to pick up after their pets. Pets are not to be left alone in the room if their distress may be disruptive to others. If your unattended pet causes a disruption you will be contacted and asked to return in a timely manner. Pets are not to be on the furniture, or sleeping in beds. Any damage caused by pets will result in an extra housekeeping charge. A minimum fee of $200 will apply should these policies be violated.      

SMOKING:

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING/VAPING. A minimum fee of $500 will apply should these policies be violated.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations require a guarantee by valid credit card at time of booking

Peace of Mind Program:

The Reservation Fee charged on your booking includes the Peace of Mind (POM) damage coverage program. POM provides up to $3,000 of coverage against accidental damage to the unit or its contents during your stay. You are encouraged, but not required, to report any accidents so they can be addressed quickly. Damage that exceeds $3,000 in value or is related to carelessness, vandalism, intentional misuse of the property, or illegal activities is not covered by the Peace of Mind program. Such costs will be your responsibility and will be charged against the credit card on file with your reservation.

DISCLAIMER

Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Copperstone Resort reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality.

Specific bedding requests and views etc. are on a request basis and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate all guest requests.

*Please note, that each Copperstone Resort unit is self-contained. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry detergent) for the first night or two of a guest’s stay, will be supplied.
