CopperStone Resort is developed by Timber Creek Developments. The three principals of Timber Creek Developments are Doug Stephen, Mark Minckler and Katie Holder.

Educated in their respective fields, Doug, Mark and Katie each have over 25 years of related experience.

• Mark Minckler -Finance and Accounting
• Katie Holder - Sales and Marketing

Doug, Mark and Katie have been partners in Timber Creek Developments since 2004. While they have their specific duties, their success comes from their ability to assist one another in all areas of the project.
