Yes, copperstoneresort.com is the official website for the Copperstone Resort by Canmore Premier in Alberta. By booking directly with us we can ensure you receive the lowest rate possible and provide you with the best customer service. ### Do You Allow Early Check-In And Late Check-Out? Yes, we are happy to provide our guests with early check-in and late check-out service when possible. For more information please contact our Guest Service team at [866-571-0303](tel:866-571-0303). ### What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out? Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Our Front Desk is open 12pm to 10pm, please contact Guest Services if arriving after hours for further instructions. ### Front Desk Hours And After Hours Check-In? The Copperstone Resort Front Desk is open 12pm to 10pm, 7 days a week. If you are arriving at the resort outside of the Front Desk hours, please contact Guest Services to make arrangements for check-in and access to the resort complex, [866-571-0303](tel:866-571-0303). ### Will We Be Charged In Canadian Dollars? Yes, all rates displayed on our site and transactions will be in Canadian currency (CAD). ### Are Pets Allowed? The Copperstone Resort does allow pets with a $25.00/night pet fee which is capped at $100.00 for the duration of the stay, max 2.   There is a waiver that is also required to be completed at check in.   Dog owners are responsible to pick up after their pets both on resort property and also the surrounding community of Dead Mans Flats. _\*see Guest Services for more info and also bags._ ### Do You Allow Smoking On The Property Or In The Rooms? Smoking is not permitted inside any of the condos at the Copperstone Resort, nor in the hot tub area, BBQ area or Fire Pit area. ### Do You Have High-Speed Wireless Internet Access? Each room has access to the resort Wifi. ### Do You Have Parking At The Hotel? Each reservation has one free parking space with pass provided at check in. Additional vehicles may also get parking passes at the cost of $15 per day. Any passes not returned to front desk on check out will be charged $150. ### Do You Have Ski, Snowboard And Bike Storage? Please call the Guest Services team for more info and options for ski, snowboard and bike storage. ### Do You Have A Fitness Center? What Are The Hours? Yes, we do have an on-site fitness center open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. ### Do You Have A Games Room? Yes, we do have a coin operated Billiards Table open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. ### Do You Have A Pool / Hot Tub? What Are The Hours? We do not have a pool, but we do have an amazing hot tub! Hours of operation are from 9am to 10pm. _\*Operation hours are subject to change without notice._ ### Do You Have BBQ’s At Copperstone? We do have 2 x communal BBQ’s available for guest use (first come, first served). ### Do You Have Connecting Rooms? Sorry but we do not have connecting rooms. ### What do the kitchens come with regarding cookware? Basic cookware is found in each unit as well as a full-size fridge, stovetop oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Is There A Charge? The Copperstone Resort does not supply or make available any roll away beds, cribs, etc.  Guests are welcome to bring their own.  There is a local supplier who rents equipment of this nature, please inquire with Guest Services. ### What Is The Minimum Age Requirement To Check In To The Room?
